2023 Silverado 150 LT had three recalls . I was dealing with another Chevy dealer in Nassau county for one recall ,kept giving me the answer the parts not available. The Salesman i deal with now works for Arnold, i contacted Arnold service department and with in 24 hours they called me back and setup appointment that the part came in. This place was recommended to be by a friend who retired as a manager at a different dealership. The cars I purchased through him, the salesman and the other company were great experiences. Pricing verba as a manager at a different dealership. The cars I purchased through him, the salesman and the other company were great experiences. Pricing verbally quoted to me did not match those shown on the documents I signed. The extra mileage accrued on the lease vehicle was supposed to be included in the deal. It was not. Being that this place was recommended, I didn't see the need to do look through everything so closely. Shame on me for not checking the details of what transpired that day. However, in hindsight, this experience - being what conspired was pretty friggin' horrible. I will never go back there for anything. I don't know which party at Arnold was responsible for this. I suspect that the salesman - Eric Hartman had nothing to do with it. More
