The rebates and trade in value put the cost in my price range. He was helpful and responded to all my questions without being pushy and made the experience go very quickly. He listened without telling me what I should think or want. I drive a lot for my work and getting a good fit is really important with reliability and gas mileage. It's not an impulse buy but a necessity. Buying a car for me is like going to the dentist but with the added stress of being a very expensive purchase so I dread it. At Paul Miller, Eric did not drag this out and had everything ready for me when I came back. He even came into the dealership from his time off to go work out in order to assist me. His service makes buying a car more of a small town experience. He clearly wanted my business but also wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Buying a car made in Louisville at my local dealer also makes me happy to support my state in jobs and taxes. I hope other car buyers will consider that too. More

Super service! I saw the car on the internet, and had about an 8-hour drive to get to the dealership. Everybody was great. The internet coordinator got with the sa I saw the car on the internet, and had about an 8-hour drive to get to the dealership. Everybody was great. The internet coordinator got with the salesman immediately to answer all of my questions, and he provided additional pictures and video. He even picked me up at the car rental place where I dropped off the rental car. The purchased vehicle was all detailed and ready to hit the road, even full of gas. Paperwork was all prepared, and I was in and out in under an hour. A terrific experience, and well worth the drive. Friendly, professional, no pressure. I'd definitely go back there when it's time for another car. More
