Communication with the service center has room for improvement. I’m still trying to determine the most effective way to reach the team. Phone calls rarely connect with anyone, and while the call cente improvement. I’m still trying to determine the most effective way to reach the team. Phone calls rarely connect with anyone, and while the call center tries to help, they often don’t have current information. Voicemail generally works, as calls are usually returned. Texting is helpful when the service center initiates the conversation. Email remains uncertain. The service center staff are skilled and genuinely committed to good customer service, but it’s frustrating that connecting with them is so difficult. More
