He calls the finance guy at the harley shop and goes with us to buy a Harley. Hands down the best salesmanship EVER!!!! I will only buy from Joel. He makes it happen. More

The customer is always right. Not in my case. He covered up for his incompetent mechanic. Their incompetence could cost me my life because of a problem they created. The fuel pump Not in my case. He covered up for his incompetent mechanic. Their incompetence could cost me my life because of a problem they created. The fuel pump gasket has slipped out when it was installed. I have spoke with multiple real mechanics that said there is no way the gasket will pop out unless it wasn’t installed correctly. Gas had leaked out inside the car and fuses could cause an explosion. Also they only twisted the positive and negative wires together on the fuel pump and that did not make the proper secure connection and burned the negative connection on the wire and the connection on the pump. As a service manager he should have stated that vehicle was not safe to drive, since they had only twisted the wires and not safely and properly secured the wires. Conclusion is gas leak and burning wire could have caused my death. I will advise not to have any type of service done at this location ever. More
