It was a very low key, low pressure event. Eric was very informative and very patient. We came in looking for a specific car, a Prius, which was in stock. Eric showed it to us. We looked at it, still leaning to the Prius. We went home to consider all our options, including shopping elsewhere. By 5pm we had made up our mind. The Cross would be our preferred car for auto traveling. The next morning we called and set up our appointment. The whole staff was very nice, including the Business Manager.
