(Edit to my 5 star review). I'm sad to do this as it is the second car I've purchased from Hall. I just don't know how to move my issues forward except for this review. Having major issues with a certified vehicle only 2 weeks into ownership. Also cannot seem to get a follow up from the Service staff at the Airport location in Waukesha that I was told to contact. Eric was unable to even provide me the email address of the Gentlemen to contact. No loaners available. At this point I am reversing my 5 star review. After the papers were signed, I'm not getting support for a leaky drivers side window among alignment and breaking issues. Will update once the work is done. More

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST Car buying experience I've ever had! Rebecca, Eric and Bruce are AMAZING!! My goal was NOT to be in the dealership ALL day making my purchase. My experience went so well!
