I knew actually what I was getting and price without any pressure. Mike was so gracious to show me the car in person because Eric was out of the office. Even showed me another car I requested to see. Within 45 min at the dealership I test drove the car, looked at other car to compare and had my paper work done and signed. With no pressure, no trying to sell me something I didn't want and even was so honest to not run my credit app when they knew the financing I found on my own was better than they could match at this point. I was at the dealership less than an hour! When I picked up the vehicle Andrew Peterson, business manger had my paperwork ready. I signed all the paperwork to purchase the car and Mike showed me the car in detail, set up my phone to the car, answered all my questions in 30 minutes. Hall with Eric and Mike really made this experience great. I buy a different car every 3 years, this was my best experience ever! Not only was the experience great, but the price was unbeatable. I search the state and numerous dealership websites and could not find a better price for the car wanted. Thank you Hall for not making me spend hours in a dealership, no pressure, great price, friendly detailed staff and a very clean car upon delivery. More

Excellent experience at Hall Mazda! !! After leasing 3 Mazda CX-5’s from a dealership we previously used in another state and loved, we were nervous to start new with a new salesperson !! After leasing 3 Mazda CX-5’s from a dealership we previously used in another state and loved, we were nervous to start new with a new salesperson as well as dealership. Thankfully, after trying a different WI Mazda dealership, we didn’t give up and drove further from our new home and found Hall Mazda. Our salesperson, Eric, was fantastic. He is professional, honest and truly worked hard to get the exact car we wanted. He was very low pressure and you could tell he understands that purchasing/leasing a car is a big investment and not something to push someone into. From our first meeting through picking up my car when it arrived, the process was smooth and efficient. We will be back in May 2024 when our other lease is up and will definitely be working with Eric again. My husband used to dread the car buying process and since we started leasing with Mazda, he does not. What a relief now to know we have a great sales person and dealership to work with now that we live permanently in WI. More

(Edit to my 5 star review). I'm sad to do this as it is the second car I've purchased from Hall. I just don't know how to move my issues forward except for this review. Having major issues with a certified vehicle only 2 weeks into ownership. Also cannot seem to get a follow up from the Service staff at the Airport location in Waukesha that I was told to contact. Eric was unable to even provide me the email address of the Gentlemen to contact. No loaners available. At this point I am reversing my 5 star review. After the papers were signed, I'm not getting support for a leaky drivers side window among alignment and breaking issues. Will update once the work is done. More
