Fred Anderson in Charleston is by far the best Toyota dealer around!! I have never had any issues coming here, and if I ever had any questions, they are very straight forward with me and have never steer dealer around!! I am used to getting screwed over by other dealers, but not this one. I will keep my business with Fred Anderson in Charleston! Eric Peterson is by far the best. He has helped my husband and I with multiple vehicles. Matt in finance is also amazing. He gets the job done quick and has never let us down. Thank you Eric and Matt for being amazing every time! I called before I ever went to Fred Anderson spoke with Derek on the phone, who gave me so much helpful information when I arrived, I was greeted outside the dealership the doors were opened for me. Call Derek for me who sent a salesman, Eric. Eric listened to what I wanted to buy and found the car for me. Everything went smoothly and he has checked on me several times to ensure that things were going smoothly with the new car and it’s new technology.
