I thought everything went smooth but I felt like the salesman got the easiest sale of the year. I found the truck before it even became ready for sale and I spoke to online salesman's. I know his name is Eric but I can't even refer him to another buyer because I didn't get a card. I'm still trying to learn how to use my features because I wasn't shown anything. But like I said sale went smooth and salesman got easy sale. More

My experience at Fred Anderson was a great one! Eric Peterson took great care of me. He stayed in touch weekly to let me know the status of my car arrival. When the car arrived at the dealership, Eric and Don took care of me and were very easy to work with. Matt in the finance department was easy to talk with and helped things run smooth as well.
