Better experience than I have ever had at any other dealership. Eric was understanding of my time constraints and not pushy. He was able to use email and text to complete some of steps. When I walked into toyota I was expecting the same car buying experience I normally get, being talked to like I’m dumb and I don’t know anything about cars. Eric and the whole team here definitely did not buying experience I normally get, being talked to like I’m dumb and I don’t know anything about cars. Eric and the whole team here definitely did not do that at all! They made me feel welcome and all the questions I asked were answered immediately without me feeling like I’m being talked down to. If you’re on the fence about going to the dealership as a single woman, I would 100% recommend anyone, especially Eric at Fred Anderson Toyota! More
