On the way to the dealership I prayed I would have a better experience than the day before at another car dealership. This was the car buying experience every first time customer should get. Eric is the best salesperson I had the pleasure of doing business with. He was so understanding and was very adamant about makin customer should get. Eric is the best salesperson I had the pleasure of doing business with. He was so understanding and was very adamant about making sure all my needs were met. I was able to get the exact model of the car that I had went to several dealerships to find. Everyone in the dealership were so nice and helpful. They also have a mini kid playroom which was very helpful with a busy body who wanted to explore the dealership for himself. I had an appointment for a minor cosmetic repair today and was truly impressed with the entire experience. I was met at my car by Eric from Service. Our wait was pleasant - our salesman, Erik Robinson saw me and stopped to chat! I had a few questions about some of my paperwork from Finance and caught up with Sean. He went out of his way to print the few things I needed! Before I knew it, Erik from service was back to let me know my vehicle was ready. I stepped out to a beautifully washed, perfectly repaired Telluride that I absolutely LOVE! I left there feeling like my happiness as a customer really matters to those that make up Carriage Kia of Woodstock! I truly am a happy customer! More
