Eric was personable and made me feel welcome right from the beginning. He communicated with me about coming into the dealership shortly after I had given my information to the person on the Internet chat. the beginning. When we arrived at the dealership, Eric was welcoming and friendly. He seemed happy to help me and was very knowledgeable of the car, even though it was a Toyota and not a model the dealership usually sells. Although the car buying process takes a while, Eric made friendly conversation and created a great rapport, which made the time feel like nothing. I felt like my time was respected and everything was done efficiently, yet thorough. Eric, and Miguel in finance, both explained everything fully and we’re open to any and all questions. As a female, it can be intimidating to go to a car dealership for fear of being taken advantage of. I never felt like that at Moritz Chevrolet. I felt like everyone treated me as an equal and never talked “over my head”. The entire experience was enjoyable and of course getting a new car, even a gently used one, is exciting. I would definitely recommend Eric and Moritz Chevrolet Fort Worth to any of my friends or family looking for a new vehicle. More
