Well, it all started with the collision center, under Mike Hardin and his team, referred me to Jason Hackney who set me up with Ron Zullo. Before that Mike Hoppius had helped me to understand what vehic Mike Hardin and his team, referred me to Jason Hackney who set me up with Ron Zullo. Before that Mike Hoppius had helped me to understand what vehicles were available and Eric Thomas had helped me to gather the paper work for the insurance company after my previous Mercedes had been involved in a single-collision wreck (due to black ice). Everyone up until that point had been amazing. And then it got even better. Ron Zullo actually helped me to make the purchasing process smooth. Chris Johnson helped with receiving payment and making the paperwork. He helped me from A to Z and even dropped my car off at Starbuck's when I had to work on an online seminar, along with the remaining paperwork! When we had gone on the test drive, he filled up the tank for me and answered all questions I had. He stayed about 1-1:30 hours after close and made sure my rental vehicle was picked up in the morning. He friendly, courteous, professional, and explained what needed to be done. He spent part of his morning some weeks later, going over the features of the car. He followed up and made sure I was very happy. He even mailed the plates to my house so I could put them onto my car. He was punctual and prompt for all appointments, loved what he did, and was eager to make the overall experience a pleasurable one. When you work with Ron, you feel like VIP. This goes for every employee there! You literally feel like you are the President of the U.S. buying a car from them! I would highly-recommend Ron and his team! More
