We went in to look at a used vehicle and Eric greeted us promptly and tended to our needs. The car wasn't right for us but after a few questions he was able to show us a new VW Jetta that not only fit our n promptly and tended to our needs. Eric was extremely helpful without being pushy which is exactly why we ended up buying the vehicle. He was prepared when we arrived which was what we needed in that our time was limited.
