The service department is poorly run and understaffed, at least that’s what we hear every time we have an issue. Boxes of customer information on display when you turn in your loaner car, if you can get a loaner car. My car had tape and plastic residue all over the passenger door when I picked it up, requiring an extra visit back to the service department. Part took nearly five weeks to come in and this was for a dead batter on a 15 month old vehicle. Cannot advise more strongly that Genesis attend to this place before it closes. More
Just purchased two new tires and dealership says we need to replace one and will not warranty it. Had an alignment done when tire purchased but tires still leaned and can’t get service dept to make it right to replace one and will not warranty it. Wow, what a disappointment! I drove 40 minutes to that dealership for a very nice deal they advertised online. A real "bait" to lure you in! and the "sales manager" (as he introduced himself), dressed like he's in a picnic / tailgate ?! Not presentable at all... and while talking about the numbers, when I said I needed to talk to my wife, he said: "I believe you can take care of her" (quote!). Seriously?! He should not be talking to customers. Period! The sales guy, on the other hand, was nice and courteous. Not a place worthy of my business unfortunately. More
Terrible service advisors. They fired any one that knew about Hyundai's and what issues they have and replaced them with sales people. So be warned, you're going to have old failed sales guys trying to explain things they don't understand. xxxx, they may even tell you to take the vehicle directly to the manufacturer for warranty work instead of taking it back to this dealership! Oh and in total they had the vehicle 2 - 3 months, and never offered a loaner or anything. Put a band-aid on our problems, still have one of the original major issues and were pretty much told to get xxxxed. More
