These people are so helpful, professional and knowledgeable with automotive repairs and maintenance. I appreciate their kindness during a time when my mother and I felt so frustrated with our car knowledgeable with automotive repairs and maintenance. Mother and I live directly across the highway from another Ford dealership, and we would both prefer to drive all the way to Crystal River for service on Momma’s C-Max. While it took 3 tries to find the problem they stuck with it and figured out the problem. We were on a time restraint and they worked hard to have us up and running when we needed to be on the road.
