They were overly confident that they had my business that they neglected me instead of finding me a car that I liked within my budget. I called Reeves and right away they got to know me and gave me a great deal that I felt confident in. They even went our of their way to build me a car of my liking. They truly deserved my business. When I went to pick up my car the entire staff took time to teach me the technology, sign paperwork etc. They were all great people and I left knowing that even though the sale was through, if I needed something or had questions I could contact them and they would still spend the time with me.
