Charged us 840 dollars for a 'prep fee' when the car had 3800 miles on it and was a year and a half old. All they did was an oil change, general inspection, and quick detail. Unfortunately my dad who cut the check has never worked in the car business and was too oblivious to realize that this is how they take advantage of people and paid it. It was a pleasant experience purchasing our Chevy Blazer from Erick. He was very knowledgeable answering all our questions about this vehicle and trading in my old one. Erick was available on the phone wh from Erick. He was very knowledgeable answering all our questions about this vehicle and trading in my old one. Erick was available on the phone when I had questions and concerns. I would consider working with Erick on our next purchase. At the end of the sale Erick was able to remove my I-Pass sticker with a heat gun and transfer it to the new vehicle. Bonus!! More
