Certified Used Truck Purchase I checked Rio Vista Chevrolet's great website and found a late model certified used truck I was interested in. I contacted the dealer and spoke to Jim I checked Rio Vista Chevrolet's great website and found a late model certified used truck I was interested in. I contacted the dealer and spoke to Jimmy Sanchez, got some more info, then arranged to meet him and test drive the vehicle. Jimmy showed me all of the vehicle docs, Car Fax, and recent work Rio Vista had performed to prep the truck for sale. I was really impressed by all of the effort Rio Vista made to make sure this truck was in top shape for the next owner. I did a test drive with Jimmy and he went over some of the truck's equipment & options with me. In a matter of a couple of hours, I was the new owner of this truck! Jimmy & Eric Perez worked with me to get a great deal & financing! This is the third Chevy vehicle we have purchased at Rio Vista and over the years we have always been impressed by their dealership to include the sales team members, service team members, and finance personnel. I live a few hours away but prefer to do business with Rio Vista because they have always been helpful and honest with me. I contacted Oscar Sanchez who has always been a great help. Oscar found me the vehicle I was looking for and took care of all of the details over the phone. Oscar explained everything to me and is always honest with the deal I am getting. Oscar went above and beyond and arranged to have my vehicle delivered to my house. I usually enjoy the drive to Rio Vista but this time my work schedule was so busy that having the vehicle delivered was a huge help to me and my family. Erick Perez in finance called me and explained everything over the phone and had everything prepared so when I received the vehicle all I had to do was sign and return everything. Erick made sure I was aware of everything I was signing so there were no surprises when I received the paperwork making that a smooth process! Best Inventory, Great Prices & Humble customer service Wife and I were poking at the idea of upsizing our Tahoe for a suburban. We had previously browsed thru 4 chevy dealers in the upcoming weeks before f Wife and I were poking at the idea of upsizing our Tahoe for a suburban. We had previously browsed thru 4 chevy dealers in the upcoming weeks before finding Rio Vista Chevy. None had variety, maybe one here or there without the options we liked. I was sceptical when my wife showed me the inventory online at Rio, upon arrival, we walked thru the lot, and were greeted by Oscar. After a brief conversation, we felt at ease, didn't feel pressured and browsed thru their inventory. Oscar took us thru the lot, and also showed their back selections, I was surprise with the variety. Without any pressure, we took the leap. Oscar worked with Eric, and we came to our final choice, they worked their magic, we received top dollar for our trade-in and our new upgrade came with a great price tag. Couldn't complain. Paperwork was quick, environment was relaxing, and staff was very friendly, we conversed with another team member but didn't catch his name. Wife was happy, and we left without feeling ripped off, or taken advantage of. Which has happened before.....My wife and I, highly, Highly!
