Thank you for your feedback. Although the vehicle was driven several thousand miles in just a few weeks and was well past the warranty period, we did indeed replace the transmission on this vehicle. You were charged only for the deductible on the extended warranty (approx $50-$100). In addition, we provided a rental car which certainly was returned to us in much poorer condition than when it left our dealership.
