Felt stupid leaving the place. Went in for an oil change and check up. Car cooling seat system for both front seats are making a cery loud noise. The Service Mechanic explaing to me slowly he did nothing to the car, he never did a diagnostic? So we paid for rotation of tires and oil but no health check. I just drove off. Sad. More

We had wiring done that didn't come out right but they were very good at finding the problem and fixing it.
