Very Disappointing Experience at Fowler Chevrolet Our experience buying a car from Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield, CO was extremely disappointing. The vehicle was advertised at one price Chevrolet Our experience buying a car from Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield, CO was extremely disappointing. The vehicle was advertised at one price, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, roughly $15,000 in additional fees and charges were added. What made the situation even worse was the lack of transparency. These additional charges were not clearly explained to us before signing. We were essentially told to sign the paperwork, and only afterward did we realize how much extra we were being charged. When we questioned the charges and tried to cancel them, we were told that we could not and that we were responsible for paying them. We also felt that our questions were not taken seriously. Instead of clearly explaining the fees, we were met with excuses and were even called “hostile” when we began asking questions about the money we were being charged. A car purchase is a major financial decision, and customers deserve clear, honest pricing and a full explanation of every charge before they sign anything. Advertising one price and then adding approximately $15,000 in additional fees at signing feels extremely misleading. In our experience, Fowler Chevrolet was the worst dealership experience we’ve had in the Denver area. I strongly recommend carefully reviewing every single line of the paperwork and asking for a complete breakdown of all fees before signing anything. If you don’t, you could end up paying thousands more than the advertised price. We would not recommend this dealership based on our experience. More
