I truly felt like a valued customer because of how in depth they went to help and explain everything to me. Michael indeed took his time going through every unanswered question and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I selected what I wanted. I have been buying Nissan cars for approximately 25 years. The last 6 have been from your dealership. I made a mistake 3 years when I went to Morris Nissan to price a car and was helped by the stereoty years. The last 6 have been from your dealership. I made a mistake 3 years when I went to Morris Nissan to price a car and was helped by the stereotypical "USED" car salesman. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy coming to your dealership to have my car serviced and in this case purchasing another new car again from you. Richardo Purdie helped me in May of 2010 when I bought my new Altima for my wife on Mother's Day. This time I went straight to him again. He is one helluva of a nice guy and a professional car salesman. My experience with Casey Jiles was the same as dealing with Richardo. You should be proud to have them as employees. Employees like that only keep customers like me coming back!!!! More

I bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue from Hudson Nissan. I worked with Mikey Lam, who was so kind and not at all pushy. He explained the process and the offers well and helped me get to the price that I wanted to pa with Mikey Lam, who was so kind and not at all pushy. He and the finance manager were so wonderful to work with and were up front and honest about everything that was happening and being offered. I was given a great deal and felt like they were not holding anything back, but wanted to work with me and what I wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mikey Lam! More

Enjoyed the car buying experience! Jeff and Cory were great and worked with us to obtain an exceptable price and financing. Jeff went out of his way to obtain the Frontier Pro4X from another dealership great and worked with us to obtain an exceptable price and financing. THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO THE DEALER IT TOOK 5 MINUTES OF WANDERING AROUND INSIDE BEFORE SOME ONE GREETED ME. CONSIDERING IT WAS 10:15 IN THE MORNING AND NOT BUS- UNACCEPTABLE. UPON DELIVERY, THE VEHILE WANDERING AROUND INSIDE BEFORE SOME ONE GREETED ME. CONSIDERING IT WAS 10:15 IN THE MORNING AND NOT BUS- UNACCEPTABLE. UPON DELIVERY, THE VEHILE (NEW) HAD AN UNDISCOVERED PAINT CHIP ON THE LEFT REAR QUADRENT. OF THE DEALER INSTALLED OPTIONS I HAD ORDERED ONLY THE LED RUNNING RIGHTS HAD BEEN INSTALLED. IT APPEARS THEY HAD NOT EVEN BEEN ORDERED. MY SALESMAN, CAMERON RUSH, WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EAGER BUT HE SEEMS NOT TO BE GOOD AT FOLLOW UP. I EXPECT THAT THE SALESMAN WILL COMPLETELY INSPECT THE VEHICLE BEFORE IT IS BROUGHT OUT TO ME. HE HAD DONE A COMPUTER GENERATED BUILD LIST THAT SPECIFIED EXACTLY WHAT EXTRAS I HAD ORDERED. BUT HE DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE IT. I DID ASK FOR IT THREE TIMES. THE CAR CAME WITH ROOF RACK CROSS BARS, DISTRIBUTOR INSTALLED. I ASKed CAMERON TWICE TO HAVE SOMEONE REMOVE THEM, THEY REQUIRE A SPECIAL TOOL. NOT DONE. I THINK EITHER THE YOUNG MAN IS EASILY DISTRACTED OR POORLY ORGANIZED. MAYBE TIGHTER SUPERVISION WOULD HELP. HIS SUPERVISOR, TERRY BREEDLOVE WAS GREAT, AND PRETTY MUCH SHADOWED CAMERON. BUT WHAT I MENTIONED ABOVE IS CAMERON'S RESPONSIBILITY. More

I came to Hudson Nissan off of an internet search that resulted in a phone call from Erik Kane. I set an appointment with him to take a look at a couple of used vehicles that I liked. When I got to the dealership Erik had several vehicles in mind that he thought I would like to look at, ready for me to test drive. We drove 4 different vehicles and I became very indecisive on which vehicle I now wanted. Erik was fantastic in showing me the features and advantages of each vehicle. I finally decided on an 07 BMW 328i. The manager that came and spoke to me was named Terry and was extremely pleasant and put me at ease with the whole car buying experience. I was purchasing this vehicle on my own, so I was apprehensive and nervous, but Terry eased those fears. Being a single mom, I had to stay with in a certain budget, and I expressed those concerns to him and Erik. I was assured that they could keep me within my payment range and they did! All of the staff at Hudson Nissan were so professional and kind. It had a relaxed and family atmosphere that was the perfect fit for me. I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Hudson. I have since sent several of my friends to Hudson and will continue to do so. They have earned a customer for life. More
