I drove 1 hr each way for nothing. The manager never even looked at my vehicle. They could have given me a quote for my vehicle over the phone, email or via text. I was then stuck at t The manager never even looked at my vehicle. They could have given me a quote for my vehicle over the phone, email or via text. I was then stuck at the dealership for 1 1/2 hours for absolutely nothing. If they wanted me to pay a deposit on the vehicle I ordered, I could have done that over the phone - and I offered to pay a deposit when I placed my order and Erik said it wasn't needed. It was a complete waste of 3 1/2 hours of my time and my fuel! Made me never want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. More

Erik made me feel like a priority in the midst of being extremely busy with other customers. The rest of the staff was very welcoming and easy to get along with, the even fed me dinner! I feel confidant that I am in the best vehicle for me. My only complaint is I am not a fan of the A.I texting system they just started using. I realize it saves time but it feels very artificial. Other than that I would recommend to a friend for sure! More
