I just bought a new CR-V, my fourth car purchased or leased from Piazza Honda of Reading. Like each time before, I was treated well and given a fair price. I must say I enjoyed the buying experience, leased from Piazza Honda of Reading. Like each time before, I was treated well and given a fair price. I must say I enjoyed the buying experience, especially this time. Yes, enjoyed! Much of the credit for that goes to saleswoman Erika Hammerstone-Delgado. She was responsible for me getting me into my last Honda, a 2019 Civic hatchback. So, after getting the letter from Honda about the high trade-in value of my Civic, I immediately called Erika to see what the "deal" was. She was so helpful in telling me about various options and, finally, getting me into my new CR-V. She is a wonderful asset to the Reading’s Honda sales team. She, along with Adam (the finance guy) made the leasing experience very smooth. Going to the Honda location Reading is a little like seeing friends that I've known for years. I have been extremely pleased with the interaction I've had with Harry Delgado, service manager. Over the years Harry has always been attentive to any need I've had from the service department. All three (Harry, Erika and Adam) have been very professional but also very friendly which makes the buying experience so much better. Being on a limited budget, I don't plunk down thousands of dollars easily or quickly. But when getting my new CR-V I knew I was getting value for my money. And, along with it, a smile and handshake from my "friends" at Piazza Honda. More
