I wasn't happy with the service the first or second time I went there. I had actually even started looking elsewhere. Then I got a text from Ericka and she was absolutely wonderful! I would have purchase my vehicle somewhere else if it wasn't for her. Josh was the show person and he was also just as phenomenal! He showed me the car, made the process comfortable and relaxed when I decided to purchase, and then gave me an in-depth tutorial on how certain things worked. Lee, the in-the-back man, was also great. He was friendly, helpful, and didn't try to over sell on unnecessary things. Overall, the third time was the charm. More

I chose nucar Toyota as my dealership because I shopped around and found them to be the best at working hard to get the best deal for my needs. Matt Rose was my salesman, John was the sales manager, Lee wa around and found them to be the best at working hard to get the best deal for my needs. Matt Rose was my salesman, John was the sales manager, Lee was the finance manager and I met many other workers at nucar Toyota and all of them treated me with respect and kindness. I did not feel ever that I was taking advantage of and I truly felt my needs were totally met.
