Betsy was very informative and provided me a thorough review of my Subaru Outback’s Subaru STARLINK Multimedia Touchscreen operation. I now have a better working knowledge of the system and what is avai review of my Subaru Outback’s Subaru STARLINK Multimedia Touchscreen operation. I now have a better working knowledge of the system and what is available to me while in the car. Betsy also covered a few other items of interest from within the vehicle like window washers for the rear window and rear camera and locking system both inside and outside. Overall it was a great time and worth every minute. Thank you Falcone Subaru and especially Betsy for providing the time to schedule these event meetings with new vehicle owners. Answering our questions and provide us with a little extra training on the Subaru systems and operations was greatly appreciated. At Falcone Subaru you feel like apart of their family! More

This is the third Outback purchase I have made from Falcone Subaru since 2017. By far this is the best experience yet! Falcone Subaru just keeps getting better and better each time I visit. Ermir my Falcone Subaru since 2017. By far this is the best experience yet! Falcone Subaru just keeps getting better and better each time I visit. Ermir my salesman’s followed me throughout the process from ordering, waiting for manufacture to delivery. Attention to details, asking and getting answers quickly and follow through are A+’s. On day of delivery paperwork was a quick 45 minutes or less. One small issue was solved quickly without any problems. I have also used FALCONE’s Body Shop. They fixed one of my cars quicker than expected and did a top rate job. Will I return to Falcone for future purchases- I certainly will! I’ll refer my family and friends there too because they make you a family member for life. More

Falcone Automotive is a top notch dealership, with a great staff. Ermir was our salesman and did an outstanding job and was great to work with. I leased a brand new 2023 Subaru Forester Sport and had ti great staff. Ermir was our salesman and did an outstanding job and was great to work with. I leased a brand new 2023 Subaru Forester Sport and had tint added to the front windows as well as the brow, and Ermir had it done the same day the vehicle was off loaded from the truck. Falcone is a very nice and clean facility with wonderful staff. I will definitely be going to them again and will definitely have Ermir as my salesman again as well. I give them a five star rating all the way around. More
