Horrible customer service!!! Had issues with my sales person from the beginning. I purchased late at night He was pushy to get the last sale in for January. Never got cleaned. Ernest had promised my husband a one time half price oil change had to pull teeth to get that. I needed help with the chip in my hood that was not done till September. Remind you I purchased the vehicle last day of January and didn't get fixed till The end of September. Which I had to call because no one contacted me. I noticed before my first oil change which had 25,000 I had concern about my tire that has a tear all the way around on only one tire. I Brought that up to Kyle in Service he did nothing about it and had Breanna check me out. She fed me xxxxxxxx and sent me on my way. That night I then told my husband and he spoke with someone in management and said nothing to help. I love the vehicle I bought but will never buy again from Middleton Ford. Also will never recomend anyone to to Moddleton Ford. More
