I sold the car i was going to trade in and MBNO did a courtesy trade and handled all of the paperwork for the sale, offered me a loaner car until my MB GLC 300 came in and updated me every step of the way during the shipping process. Customer service is their #1 priority and they take it to the next level. They even sent a runner with the used car paperwork to me so my buyers did not have to drive to Metairie either. Eldric and Abe were extremely professional and accommodating when they came to us with the paperwork and loaner car. Ernie, Ben and Vick made the new car purchase seamless and headache free.
