I am an existing customer with Metairie office and visited the office for the second time today to maybe purchase a GLE 350 2021. I went through some preliminary numbers with Ernie today and was not h visited the office for the second time today to maybe purchase a GLE 350 2021. I went through some preliminary numbers with Ernie today and was not happy with the price they offered me. During our conversation Ernie asked if I Like to see the sales manager to see if he will consider a price reduction and my answer was yes. Ernie then called Danny and told him” customer wants a reduction of x amount you don’t do that do you? Danny loudly said no and didn’t even bother to come meet with us. I think they were both unprofessional especially Danny the sales manager refusing to come and visit a customer who is about to spend $65000 on a car. And guess what I did get a much better offer from North Shore dealers and I am scheduled to meet them on Saturday to go through the process. Job well done Danny you lost me and my friends as customers. I believe Gail Benson will be proud of you. More
