What an easy shopping experience is all I can say! We spoke with Ernie in the beginning of our Tahoe search, told him exactly what we were looking for. Ernie Rodriguez was the first person whom I had ever bought a vehicle from and he treats me the same today as he did then, like a family m late 90's. I had a great car buying experience at Chase Chevrolet! Chase was the only dealership I could find that wasn't adding a hefty markup to new cars and their commitment to customer service is unrivaled. After looking for a Tahoe for several months I was referred over to Ernie Rodriguez and he gave me 5-star service right off the bat and helped me find the car I was looking for. I was traveling from Sacramento to look at the car and he filled out a majority of the paperwork for me before I even arrived so that I spent less time at the dealership. His service was so great that my best friend ended up buying a new car the same day! He's continued to give me top-notch service even after I purchased the car and helped me get new wheels and new upholstery for the car as well. He made the car buying experience fun and I'd highly recommend using Ernie and Chase Chevrolet for your next car purchase. More
