The primary issue with your vehicle was a front bearing failure caused by outside influence, with a repair estimate of approximately $1,500. The full estimate of $7,800 includes a list of recommended services based on your vehicle’s mileage, age, time in service, and the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. These recommendations were made to help prolong the life of your vehicle and ensure it remains in safe, optimal condition. Suggested services included front and rear brakes, tires, tensioners, and belts, all of which are safety and standard maintenance items. Our intention is never to pressure, but to provide transparent, thorough information so you can make the best decision for your vehicle. We also apologize for the 25 minute wait during pickup. This is not the standard we strive for, and we understand how frustrating delays can be. We are currently making improvements to our vehicle pickup process by enhancing our internal logistics to help minimize wait times and provide a smoother experience.
