I went to Brickell Mazda only to get a new Key fob. The Service advisor proceeded to add an oil change and other maintenance, which I didn't not request. The advisor didn't even apologize, once again indicating that he has shown me his tablet screen and I had agreed to it. I will not be going back to Brickell Mazda to service my car. More
