My only complaint is that when I first went in for my scheduled appointment, they didn’t have the parts I nee and the staff was friendly and helpful. They explained that online appointments don’t always show up on their end until the day of — which kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling online. Because of that, I had to come back about a week later once the parts arrived. Once everything was sorted out, though, the repair itself went smoothly. More
