He expressed that he was new to the team, and any time I had a question he was unsure of the answer to, he made sure to quickly get an answer from someone else. Having his assistance is what made this experience so great, and if I purchase a car from you all in the future, I hope I will get the pleasure of being assisted by him again. I gave a rating of four stars rather than five because of my experience in the finance office. I met with Trevor, and while he did get me set up with the best financing plan I was offered, the responses to my questions came across as if they were a bit of an annoyance. I asked for clarity about a form I was being asked to sign, and rather than being given an explanation, the same answer was repeated multiple times with increasing annoyance. I have struggled to get back in contact with him after making my purchase, and my messages were all left unanswered. Overall the experience with you all was great, but I did not feel as if this translated to my experience in the finance department. More
