We scheduled a virtual signing, we missed our school meeting for it, waited for 45 minutes, then you cancelled. Signing the next day went well, nice and fast, and ethan delivered the vehicle the next day in good spirits. Overall, we have no reason to recommend this dealership. Mostly because you did not offer GM's trade-in offer. We should have went elsewhere but we enjoy supporting Royal Oak businesses and people that work at this dealership. Vehicle is very nice!
