I looked and it appears you needed a new window regulator to repair your vehicle. We use OEM new parts at our store and the Mopar window regulator for a 2012 Jeep Liberty is not a cheap part. Sometimes you may find other cost effective options with aftermarket brand parts and we are glad you were able to resolve your problem. We also gave you a refund for the part you ordered because we could not get the part in for you in a reasonable timeframe. There was a corporate strike and parts shortages that was out of our control. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
