Really????was told by that establishment & ford motet company “I need to file a claim with my insurance !!!! Nope the truck was obviously not properly painted !!! I should be able to wash my truck ! Gave me the wrong truck when I bought ! Had to drive a 1000 miles back to get what I thought I bought ,left me setting for hours all day ! to be treated very poorly as if there mistaken was my fault ! Lies and very dishonest ! I have purchased many cars / trucks in my 64 years ! I have crossed not one ethical person at there establishment ! Do NOT buy from Mountain View Ford down town Chatt. Tenn I would questioned any of there establishment’s buyer beware ! Don’t say I did not educate you 💔😢 was a horrific experience “ NEVER again ! I have mixed feelings about this dealership. My salesman was very responsive and helpful. Since I found this car online, the dealership was almost 4 hours away. They arranged for transport at n My salesman was very responsive and helpful. Since I found this car online, the dealership was almost 4 hours away. They arranged for transport at no cost. However, I was not contacted by the company prior to delivery. I had to leave work unannounced to accept delivery. When fully inspecting the vehicle, I found at least 5-6 places in the paint that required paint correction. Also found that one of the Raptor badges on the hood scoop was broken and almost detached. When I mentioned this to the dealer, I was told that there was nothing they could do because I had already inspected and accepted the vehicle. I will not be using this dealer again. I would however consider dealing with the amazing salesman that I can tell genuinely felt bad about my situation. More
