I was showed pictures, And they moved the sell quickly with a as is clause and a customer purschased warrenty. (My first time buying a car this way ) They told me they would handle delivery, Delivery took a little longer than expected to find a carrier... The vehicle was cleaned and prepared for delivery. The delivery was supposed to be at my property. Instead the driver called me to tell me his truck broke down and I have to catch a Uber 1 hour away from my property. When I get there I don't see the truck I see a guy drive my car up to me. He would not give me my keys saying I owed him money. I contacted the police and the dealer. They squared it over phone. Now I look at the vehicle and see a line of dirt and a damaged passenger side rocker panel ... I ask the driver about it he said it was from the truck. I contacted the dealership about the situation. Nothing was done. Now the temporary tag and registration is expired And the dealership is somehow refusing to release the registration and title. As I paid the vehicle off. And still waiting for registration. On top of poor or no comunication. This is bad bussiness. I am a disabled veteran and I am being advised to file with FTC etc. WHERE IS MY REGISTRATION ? More

After running into a small issue with the car (not Northshore’s fault), the manager Jacob went above and beyond to make sure it was handled immediately and thoroughly. I cannot say enough good things about this business and would certainly buy another car from them in the future. More

Very unethical and unprofessional dealership. We drove over 200 miles and said we wanted a vehicle. The dealership sales rep Ethan told us that they were going to repair a broken port and repair We drove over 200 miles and said we wanted a vehicle. The dealership sales rep Ethan told us that they were going to repair a broken port and repair the rims. Not even 24 hrs after we left the dealership, they sold the vehicle to someone else. They sent a TEXT MESSAGE to let us know. After the fact, so many lies were told. Bottomline I would not recommend this dealership. More
