This dealership engages in classic bait-and-switch tactics—advertising one deal and presenting something completely different when it's time to sign. Make absolutely sure you read every piece of paperwork before signing, and demand copies of everything you sign. Do not let your guard down, and don’t assume they’re being upfront with you. The level of deception I encountered here was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. Bottom line: avoid this dealership. There are far better places to buy a car where honesty and transparency still matter. To date there has been no response to our issues. We've also been lied to regarding a credit to compensate for the alleged confusion in their fees. The shady practices of this dealership included purposely ommiting the price of their dealer fee upon the first meeting claiming it was ”included" and then showing us the same signed page now with the dealer fee written in on top - with the ink still fresh, after they came back to the table.
