Power Steering Failure I have a 2015 Buick lacrosse and I Purchased it in November 29, 2014. On December 23, 2018 my power steering failed and I was 24 days out of the facto I have a 2015 Buick lacrosse and I Purchased it in November 29, 2014. On December 23, 2018 my power steering failed and I was 24 days out of the factory bumper to bumper warranty, but I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my car. The warranty did not provide an up-to-date loaner as they usually do and they wanted to give me an aftermarket part, but my service writer fought with the warranty company and got the GM part and the Manager of the service department gave me a 2019 Buick encore as a loaner, instead of the 2015 Verano that had over 66,000 mile on the odometer. I was livid at first, but it all worked out in my favor and I only paid a $100 deductible. .i appreciate my service writer. He kept me informed every step of the way. More

Good Improvement in Service On my fourth visit this was the best - Oil Change was 30 mins - exceeded time quoted - Randy the service professional was nice and a good communicator On my fourth visit this was the best - Oil Change was 30 mins - exceeded time quoted - Randy the service professional was nice and a good communicator. The bar was really low as previously service took hours, crowded waiting rooms and less than professional support. Glad to see this changing. My lease is up soon so now if they change out the sales and credit mgr, I may think about buying or leasing. More
