The best part about working with Eugene is that he is matter-of-fact, he won't just give up on your wants and needs when finding you the right vehicle for you. He also understands that buying a car is a matter-of-fact, he won't just give up on your wants and needs when finding you the right vehicle for you. He also understands that buying a car is a BIG deal for most people, especially when it's someone's first big purchase. He went out of his way to find the right fit for me; without trying to persuade me either way. I understand that his boldness may scare some off; however, I think it's endearing he thinks so highly of his customers, and potential new customers, that he will be completely transparent with them, without the concern about losing a sale. Went to Rock County Honda just browsing, Skipper and Eugene made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. On top of that Eugene made me feel like a friend! He took me out for an evening of dinner and drink. Then to top it all he offered to take me fishing the following day but I had to pass as I was leaving town the next day in my new Honda! More

It was a lovely dealership to visit. Not once did I ever feel pressured or bombarded like many other dealerships in the past. I would definitely visit again and suggest others to visit a Not once did I ever feel pressured or bombarded like many other dealerships in the past. I would definitely visit again and suggest others to visit as well. Sales manager Eugene was incredibly friendly and professional. I left feeling confident in my decisions and knew if I needed anything I could give him a call anytime. More

Had a great time buying a car last week with the guys over at honda. Everyone listened and took their time explaining things. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership so I was very skeptical over at honda. Everyone listened and took their time explaining things. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership so I was very skeptical of everything. But I think I could get used to it. We did the numbers on the phone and they had the car ready for me. 10/10 stars. More

My son and I stopped by the dealership to test drive a 2023 Honda Civic that only had 12,000 miles. We really liked the car and had them do up numbers before we left the dealership. We stopped at Kayser 2023 Honda Civic that only had 12,000 miles. We really liked the car and had them do up numbers before we left the dealership. We stopped at Kayser because he wanted to check out the Trax. I told AJ (salesman) that we were going there and we would be in touch. My son did not like the Trax so we started communicating with AJ about the car. We asked if they would give us $1000 for our trade (2007 GMC Envoy) and knock off $500 from the price we would have a deal. They wanted the VIN number for the car so my son sent them picture of the insurance card. The VIN number didn't work (we later found out that the number on the insurance card was wrong). After that text, we called the AJ. AJ then proceeded to tell us that someone else was negotiating on the car and he was pretty sure they were going to buy it. I thought this was really shady on their part. In today's world, I wouldn't think that you would need to be in the dealership to negotiate. There are so many deals done on the phone, through e-mail, and on-line, I just assumed we were first in line for the car since we started negotiating first. WRONG! The next morning, I received a text from AJ about a different car, a 2026 Civic. The manager had put together some numbers on this car. I tried calling AJ to speak with him about the numbers because they didn't make sense. They were asking more for the used 2026 Honda Sport than a NEW Honda Sport, so I figured they had room to go down. AJ did not answer the phone, so I called and asked to speak with the sales manager. Eugene (one of the sales managers) answered. I told him I thought what happened the night before was kind of dirty. He completed flipped out and started yelling and arguing with me about how it was not dirty because I left the dealership. I tried to ask the question about the 2026 Civic, but he just continued on about how I was wrong. I told him I wasn't going to argue with him and tried again to ask about the 2026 Civic. He wouldn't let it go. I told him I was going to write an awful review, he didn't care. He said, "go ahead. I will just write my rebuttal and they won't believe you." That completely floored me. I told him I would never by a car from his dealership and he started in again. I ended up just hanging up on him. I ended up at Frank Boucher Volkswagen and purchased a brand new Jetta. They were amazing to work with. More
