When we arrived at the dealership , we had just come out of a negative experience with a non mercedes dealer. We drove three and a half hours to look at the vehicle that was being advertised on the internet of a negative experience with a non mercedes dealer. Dan was attentive to our negative experience. He provided all the information we needed to make a buying decision without talking bad about the non mercedes shop. I mean no push backs, multiple test drives, even when I was indecisive there was no issues or signs frustration. Finn was incredible, respectful and was hospitality was top notch. Eugene I’ve worked with on about 3 other deals, his personality and ease of understanding is perfect. Eugene was Very knowledgeable and gave me great advice about this deal and other concerns I had. Seth sealed the deal, the last person to see at Delivery and he was 100% straight forward and made me feel comfortable about my purchase and made sure all my questions concerns and thoughts was addressed.
