Evan found me the exact 2019 Tiguan I wanted that was within my budget. The entire team was so helpful. They had the car detailed by the service department and was ready for me with a full tank of gas when I arrived. Evan was extremely knowledgeable of the Tiguan and introduced me to all of the new features. He also showed me the service department and assured me if I had any questions or concerns to feel free to give them or himself a call. Everyone at coastal was very welcoming and made sure I was being helped at all times. I would absolutely recommend Coastal Volkswagen to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new car and tell them to work with Evan specifically. It was a relaxed and easy atmosphere and environment. Not only was he so helpful and informative, but we were just at ease with the whole process . Everyone was honest and the pricing was transparent . Evan went above and beyond to find me the exact interior and exterior color and model . We also got a great price and trade-in experience was easy. Service has been equally as awesome . I’m known on a first-name basis :) it’s a personal approach to everything. I’m in and out with a loaner car all set up in advance if needed. I would highly recommend Coastal VW and will certainly call upon Evan when I’m ready for my next car . More
