They were very responsive and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. The vehicle was at their other location and Evan made sure to have it transported to be there for us to test drive it. We were immediately greeted by John when we arrived and he connected us with Evan who helped us in our search. We ended up leaving with a beautiful 2018 GT Passat for an amazing deal! Amanda was fabulous to work with for financing and went above and beyond to help us get the best interest rate possible. I would definitely recommend shopping at Coastal VW. They worked with us to get to a price we were comfortable with and even after the purchase offered to set time up to go through everything with our new car. Evan is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to picking out a vehicle and getting down to business. Extremely responsive and never felt like we were being pushed in one direction or another. That’s why we came back for our Atlas after purchasing a Passat 2 years ago.
