I cannot say enough about Sabrina and James in service. The moment I pulled up to Toyota she greeted me with a smile. Sabrina was off the next day so she found James, she brought him over to me introduced him, and went over with him what happened and assured me he would take great care of me the next day when I came. He also did a wonderful job, greeted me with a smile and also went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. These two employees need to be recognized for their SUPERIOR customer service.
