Excellent cars, service and price!!!!! This has been one of the best car buying experiences that I have to ever had!!! My wife and I came in looking for a vehicle that was nice, affordable This has been one of the best car buying experiences that I have to ever had!!! My wife and I came in looking for a vehicle that was nice, affordable and great on miles. As soon as we came up to the entrance we were treated like family by our courteous friend Ezzy Azeldine. We told him our specifications and he took us right on to the lot and showed us the selection. The cars available were really great quality and it was something to be found for anyone's driving needs. Ezzy skillful worked with us by showing the options and carefully listening to what we did or did not like about each vehicle. He was not rude or pushy, just calm, intelligent and friendly. He finally brought us to a silver Mercedes Benz truck and we were immediately hooked! The price, size, mileage, style and car fax all made sense. We went in and he worked with us in negotiating a deal that made sense. Beacuase I have less than perfect credit, the sales team worked with a number of banks and ultimately found the right one for us. Ezzy even treated my two little children with respect and answered questions that they had about the whole experience. To finish the job,the sales manager Joe sat with us in the office and carefully explained all of the documents that we needed to sign with ease. Joe was also very friendly and relatable. In fact,we spent most of the time laughing and enjoying each other's company. The one thing that could take this establishment from good to great is some basic renovations as the facility is a bit out dated; but with the cool new aquarium in the lobby I can see that management team is headed in the right direction. Great job guys. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends. More
