My husband and I have used Westside Chevrolet multiple times in the past and always had good service. There were a few aspects of the service provided that we were unhappy with and that was uncharacteris times in the past and always had good service. I opted to speak to the GM in order to make him aware of the issues at hand in the hope that process improvements would be made. After speaking with him, he was able to understand what had happened and he was genuinely concerned with my concerns. He turned my experience around and I was happy and satisfied with the outcome. We would definitely recommend Westside Chevrolet to anyone needing a new vehicle or service. More
