I purchased a vehicle almost one month ago and I still do not have the 2nd key fob that I was promised. My husband has called twice and no one will call him back. Further, there was a deep gash in the car that was not disclosed or discussed with me prior to purchase. My husband has called and tried to speak with someone about it and what we can do to repair it or at least paint and seal it and no one will call him back. I've bought three cars from you and I have not had this kind of experience until now. Disappointed. More

I almost gave up on Hyundai‘s due to the Topeka service. It’s just not very good and I was losing confidence in the car.
