Fabio was great I was in a tight squeeze with my car I had at the time and due to car issues I was close to missing my job so I was trying to sell my car asap I had c I was in a tight squeeze with my car I had at the time and due to car issues I was close to missing my job so I was trying to sell my car asap I had come to prestige and the guy that was helping me out didn't really seem like he cared or wanted to help I was in a pickle and NEEDED a car. So I was mad and left he was no help don't remember his name but I moved on I came back once more and Fabio Dasilva was there to help and what a help he was he was in my face asking me what is comfortable for me so he could work with me to get this car asap. Great Service! These guys are great! I came in on a Saturday afternoon to have a look at a Nissan Altima. After some back and forth, Fabio DaSilva, gave me the "bad These guys are great! I came in on a Saturday afternoon to have a look at a Nissan Altima. After some back and forth, Fabio DaSilva, gave me the "bad news", The banks couldn't finance me because I didn't have enough credit. So he showed me some other cars including a Hyundai Sonata I found awesome, but as usual the banks didn't want to finance even with the huge discount Prestige was trying to give me. Fabio then showed me a Hyundai Elantra that quite honestly.... I LOVE!!! It is awesome. Needless to say I ended up getting it :D So when you are looking for a car go to Prestige Auto in Westport and ask for Fabio DaSilva (or any other guy or gal they all seem cool). They will definitely help you out like they did me. More

Different experience I drove from Cambridge Ma to look at this Chrysler 300 and after the test drive and speaking with Fabio, we had a deal worked out. After coming ba I drove from Cambridge Ma to look at this Chrysler 300 and after the test drive and speaking with Fabio, we had a deal worked out. After coming back two days later to sign the paperwork, the deal was shattered. The payments given two days later were over $60.00 higher then quoted. To say that I was not happy is mildly putting it. Two days after that I saw another older 300 on your website with higher miles and since I was approved I decided to leave Fabio a voice mail to see if he can help purchase that one. Fabio, spoke to Rob and In return Rob called me and PROMISED me that he would help not only get a car, but the 300 that I wanted. HE MOST CERTAINLY DID!! An hour after his call he told me that he had worked it out with the bank and that my payments would only be a few dollars more than what we originally agreed upon. Later that afternoon this picture was taken!!! Thank you Fabio for going to bat for me!! When they say customer service is dead, they need to call you so you can teach others how to perfect it like you did. Thank you Rob for treating me with the utmost respect and going the extra mile!!
