From the moment you begin speaking to them (phone, email, in person) you are made to feel heard, understood and important to them. They worked with me on my financial status, made sure every one of my questions were answered and in detail, and literally made sure I was comfortable and happy through the whole process. I'm pregnant and needed a lot more room in my new vehicle, so even though I didn't HAVE to trade in at that moment, I never once was pressured to get something I didn't want/need. Victoria took care of every question, all paperwork, the girls at the front are outstanding! I met Rick junior and senior.....they are both so wonderful and hysterical to listen to! An incredible family business! I will be bringing by my babies when born to meet them over there because we are literally friends now!
