We almost gave up because all the misleading prices shown on the Internet. Dealers put every available discount on a vehicle and when we showed up at the dealership we found out that we did not qualify for any of the discounts except the military discount. Needless to say we were getting very frustrated. We decided to take a look at the CR-V because it is the highest rated compact SUV on the market. We test drove the CR-V and were pleasantly surprised about how nice and roomy it is. We then went in to talk to our salesman named Farid Soufi. He was very informed and very pleasant to work with. We asked for the best bottom line no haggle price out the door for the CR-V EX/L that we drove. He brought Mathias Newcastle (sales manger) over and he gave us his bottom line price. After seeing the price and a few minutes conversation we drove out in a new CR-V. We could not have been happier with the price of the vehicle or the professionalism of the staff. After 4 straight purchases from their neighboring dealer, I think we have became loyal Hendricks customers. More
