The dealership team was very receptive to what I needed for my trade-in. The service was very good with Fattah Thompson. I only would recommend that they fill my car with a full tank of gas. I have also recommend to my friend to come see Fattah for her next car. He is very Knowledgeable of the cars and she is in the market for a car. More

Service is mediocre. No one acknowledged me in the lot even after I told them I could not walk much. Salesman was obviously inexperienced and did not have any knowledge about vehicle or pricing. Sales manager virtually took over the sale. Experience took waaaay too long- 7 hours!! More

being the second vehicle that i purchased from EchoPark left me a little disappointed. the first was a tacoma pickup and purchased it thru the New Orleans dealership which we found out to be closed as a se left me a little disappointed. the first was a tacoma pickup and purchased it thru the New Orleans dealership which we found out to be closed as a selling dealership and now only purchases vehicles which we did with our murano. the first purchase was pleasant and a total great experience, tacaoma delivered and the staff were excellent, helpful and kept me updated and this is why we wanted to use EchoPark again. after finally figuring out that we had to search other EchoPark dealerships to actually shop for a vehicle we found the Rogue we liked at the Grand Prairie location and did the online inquiry and was contacted by a salesman from the Houston location. we arranged to have the vehicle delivered to that location since it couldn't be delivered to New Orleans, this meant i'd have to travel to Houston to inspect, finalize documents and purchase the vehicle. found that i could get a real good deal on airfare to Houston if i could make my reservation for the week following so i needed for EchoPark to give me a date the car would be delivered but repeated attempts to get updated failed and delayed my ability to make the needed airfare reservation. then one day i get a call stating that the vehicle was there, soat that time i tried to make the airfare reservation but now those inexpensive tickets were no longer available unless i waited for the next week period. being down a vehicle we needed to expedite this purchase so now i had to buy first available airfare which cost double. then when i inquired if someone could pick me up at the airport (even using the selected vehicle) was told it could be done, a 5 minute trip to the nearby airport, so i had to use a taxi ($45 for 6 miles). while waiting to travel to Houston, i get a message that unless i don't come get the vehicle in 48 hrs it won't be secured and i guess sold even though i made it very clear of my situation and exactly when i'd be arriving, but somebody wanted to rush me now when if they had been able to keep me updated on a possible delivery date i'd have been there shortly after the vehicle, but nobody (Houston or Grand Prairie) could even give me an idea of delivery, so this was disturbing. all in all this transaction was completely different than the first one, nothing but issues and hassles, once i did arrive all of the people i had been conducting business with were not there and needed to start over with a new salesperson, which did a great job and was able to take care of me and sell the vehicle. but shutting down the New Orleans location made a seamless, pleasant shopping experience and turned it into a real hassle and that's my biggest Disappointment. the first purchase GREAT and all in for the next, the second POOR and never again, sorry for such a long review but you should know that having to travel to locations is not good business and you should look a changing that directive, current market may have customers seeking you out but eventually you will need to seek the customer out and deliver to them not the other way around, good luck to you in the future if you remain on this path More

They did a bait and switch on my daughter costing her a lot of money. Would not recommend this dealer. It took a lot of time and going back and forth to get this deal completed.
